Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped complete. If shipped separately, each order will be subject to an individual shipping charge.
• Delivery can take up to two weeks, depending on availability of the suit or sweats. Our objective is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
• All orders on line will be shipped to you and not delivered with the team order or available for pick up at Out of Breath Sports.
• Orders placed on the phone are available for pick up at Out of Breath Sports.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Cancellation, Exchanges and Refunds

• Full refund, by check from Out of Breath Sports will be sent to you if you cancel your order within 48 hours of ordering, unless your order has already been processed and shipped.
• After 48 hours, but not longer than 10 days after ordering, suits returned in their original box, with all manufacturers tags attached, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Wrong sizes can be exchanged if they are returned in their original box, with all manufacturers tags attached, and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns, exchanges and re-orders.
• Custom imprinted suits, suits with removed tags, and suits that have been worn in the water cannot be returned.
• Defective suits must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Sweats cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned after 48 hours of placement of the order.

• The best fit is for your swimmer to come and size at Out of Breath Sports.
